Oxfordshire Mind options sessions

If you need access to our support and services at Oxfordshire Mind, the first step is to set up an options session with one of our Wellbeing Service team. Option sessions help us understand your mental health and wellbeing, and find you the right kind of support.  They’re free, confidential, last around 25 minutes, and can take place by phone or in person. To set up an options session please contact the Oxfordshire Mind Information Service:

Phone: 01865 247 778
(Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm, closed bank holidays)
Emailinfo@oxfordshiremind.org.uk
Mail: Information Service, 2 Kings Meadow, Oxford OX2 0D
In-person: drop into one of our Wellbeing Hubs in Cowley, Witney, or Abingdon.

The Oxfordshire Mind Guide

We’ve put together our Oxfordshire Mind Guide to make sure you can always find the right support for your situation. It’s a directory of all the mental health services across Oxfordshire, from recovery groups to community mental health teams.

Can’t find what you need? Contact the Oxfordshire Mind Information Line (Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 9.30am to 4.00pm, closed Bank Holidays) on 01865 247 788 or email info@oxfordshiremind.org.uk.
