Overview

The Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice on a wide range of issues such as debt, welfare benefits, housing matters, consumer rights, court proceedings, child support maintenance and employment.

As well as the general helpline, they also have a consumers helpline, a witness service to support those in court and a pension guidance for those aged over 50. Their aim is to speak up for their clients, however they may be able too.
