The NSPCC Helpline is staffed by trained professionals who can provide expert advice and support. They are there if you are concerned about a child, if you are a parent or carer looking for advice, or if you are a professional in need of information and guidance. Due to an increase in demand across their service, their voice helpline is currently operating between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am and 2pm at the weekends.
