OCD Action

OCD Action offers support to people affected by OCD and related conditions, and also works to improve knowledge and representation of these conditions in the media. The Helpline service is a free and confidential service offering a listening ear, information, and support to people who have or think they might have OCD or a related condition, as well as their loved ones.
