Our Mental Health in the Workplace training provides managers with the key knowledge, skills and confidence to manage mental ill health in the workplace. Managers will learn to identify the early warning signs, understand common and more complex mental health conditions, and take into account good practice and the law when supporting individuals with mental ill health. Managers will also have the opportunity to develop an action plan, taking into account their role in preventing work related stress and promoting positive mental health in the workplace.
