Our gym at The Park Club Milton in Abingdon is Oxfordshire’s largest, best-equipped health club with 3 rowing machines, over 13 treadmills, more than 15 elliptical steppers and many more lifting equipment. Just outside of the big hall, an additional area is dedicated to dead-lifting exercises.

Charlbury Community Centre can host a large variety of sports and wellbeing classes of all descriptions, including adult education and therapy courses. So far we have responded to local wishes on the sports offered, but we are keen to offer as large a range as possible and to include all age groups and abilities.

The staff at Bicester Leisure Centre are committed to helping you along your fitness journey. The gym offers a wide range of instructor led and virtual classes, suitable for those who are new to fitness or fitness experts.
