Tandem Befriending Service

The Tandem Befriending Service provides one-to-one befriending outside the home to people aged 18 or over in the Oxford area who have been through a period of mental ill health and are looking to rebuild their lives. Befriending helps rebuild confidence and explore new interests and activities. Referrals are accepted from a professional statutory/voluntary organisation or self-referral with 2 references.
