Icolyn Smith Foundation is a Registered Charity based in Cowley.  The Oxford Community Soup Kitchen provides a hot meal for the Homeless and anyone in need, every Wednesday from 11:45 am.

This provides a safe environment for other people to meet and to gain companionship.

We support homeless, hidden homeless or low-income communities in Oxford.
