Guideposts Trust
Overview
Guideposts Trust supports people who are isolated, excluded, and invisible to society, particularly those with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, dementia, and their carers, to live fulfilling, connected lives.
They empower people to recover, connect, and grow, through personalised, community-based support, enabling them to navigate challenges, away from crisis and towards an included and purposeful life.
To deliver their vision, Guideposts aims to increase:
- Visibility: Make the invisible or overlooked seen
- Access: Open doors to opportunity and participation
- Belonging: Create space for connection and community
- Empowerment: Supporting confidence, independence, and purpose.
