Oxfordshire Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (OMNVP) is an independent group of mothers, birthing people, and families working in collaboration with midwives, obstetricians, commissioners, and NHS leaders to shape the future of maternity and neonatal care in Oxfordshire.

OMNVP’s role is to listen to the experiences of women and families and advocate for meaningful improvements in care.

By ensuring that the voices of service users are at the heart of decision-making at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, it helps drive improvements in the safety, quality, and overall experience of maternity and neonatal care.
