First Steps ED a multi-award-winning charity that works alongside the NHS, has now joined forces with Talk ED (formerly Anorexia Bulimia Care). As of November 2025, First Steps ED has taken over their mission, combining their expertise to focus on early intervention and prevention across England, Wales, and Scotland. It is dedicated to providing personalized, continuous emotional support and practical guidance for individuals battling Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, binge eating, and various forms of eating distress, including related self-harm.

It provides relief and support to those suffering from eating disorders, as well as offering education, training, and advice to caregivers, and conducting research into treatment and potential cures.

Triumph over Phobia runs a network of self-help therapy groups for those suffering from phobias, OCD and other anxiety related disorders. Groups open to anyone 18 or over.
